DEEPTONE ONCE A WEEK® WORKOUT: History
Over 25 years ago,
, the founder of the DeepTone Once A Week® workout program was training to become a competitive ice skater. During her training, she was fortunate enough to work with some of the world's most elite coaches; people who are willing to dedicate their lives to developing and perfecting a particular sport or craft.
After
quit skating many hours a day, she had to replace her daily workout with something else. She tried many traditional exercise programs but was not pleased with the poor results. Like most people, she did not have the spare time to exercise for hours on end, each and every day. It was this dissatisfaction with what the fitness industry had to offer that led
to use some of the techniques she had developed for strength conditioning during her years of skating. It was from these original techniques that she began to develop her own exercise system utilizing these techniques and creating an innovative layering approach that produced faster results. She started to see sensational results and enjoyed the free time that she was now being offered. It was the best of both worlds and became the seed of what the DeepTone Once A Week® workout program has become today. Over the last two decades, the DeepTone Once A Week program has gone through quite an evolution, continually staying at the forefront of the industry. Thousands of people have been trained with the unique techniques and the DeepTone Once A Week workout program has maintained a 90-95% success rate in their 6 week training program. No gimmicks.
